Balo's concentric sclerosis is a rare variant of multiple sclerosis.

It is pathologically characterized by alternating rings of demyelination and spared myelin.

Recently, MRI was applied to demonstrate characteristic patterns in this disease.

We report a case of Balo's concentric sclerosis diagnosed by the typical MRI findings of concentric rings of demyelination.
