These are enjoyable and informative information days for people with MS and their carers. They are based in the Society's Regions.

You will learn about living with MS and also have the opportunity to share information and experiences with other people affected by MS.

The day includes presentations on:

• The Facts about MS by a leading Neurologist
• Continence Management in MS
• Carers caring for themselves
• Cognitive problems and tips for coping
• Physiotherapy in the Management of MS

Fees for the days are:

£20:00 if you are waged
£10:00 if you are un-waged
