Disabled Parents Network - what we do, how we can work together, supporting local initiatives and involvement

Access to Social Services - In through the front door. How to approach Social Services about getting an assessment of need without feeling at risk of your ability as a parent being called into question.

Direct Payments and Disabled Parents - the Direct Payment scheme is now far more widely available, and can work well for disabled parents. How does it work, and how can you find out whether you might be eligible for them?

PLUS - Lots of opportunity to network informally with other disabled parents.
