Carotid artery dissections can produce lesions on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) that may be confused with the characteristic findings in Multiple Sclerosis.
We present a case of carotid artery dissection presenting with signs, symptoms, and MRI findings consistent with Multiple Sclerosis.
