Multiple Sclerosis campaigners have called on the Scottish Executive to make Beta Interferon available to all sufferers in Scotland.

It follows the decision by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence in England not to make the drug available to newly diagnosed sufferers on the NHS.

But Mark Hazelwood from the MS Society Scotland said he hoped the executive would provide funding for the drug north of the border.
