The program will begin with a live audio presentation, followed by a question and answer segment during which people can e-mail questions to Dr. Chalnick and Ms. DeVries.

Note: This, and subsequent Learn-On-Line programs, will require Microsoft® Windows Media™ Player. This software is already on most computers with Windows operating systems.

You can find more information about Windows Media™ Player, including downloads for some other operating systems, on the Microsoft website . If you need to download the software, you should do so, and install and test it, before the time of the broadcast.

A written transcript will be available on this site after the program. Also, a full program archive (audio with slides) will be available on the website for twelve months after the program airs.
