NEW exhibitions at the Castle Park Arts Centre aim to show multiple sclerosis is no bar to artistic achievement.
The exhibitions - which run until September 6 - features Enable Artists, a group of artists who are all in some way affected by multiple sclerosis, either personally or through a family member.
It started when Catherine Taylor Parry set up a virtual gallery at www.EnableArtists.com. and was so successful that she wanted the work to be seen in a public place and the exhibition is now making a year-long tour with work in various media by Catherine Parry, Judy Tadman, Todd Hinds, Kate Wells, Bertan Ash; prints and etchings by David Kereszteny Lewis and watercolours by James Marquand.
The exhibition of work by the Frodsham Photographic Society hopes demonstrate the extremely high standard of their work.
Castle Park Arts Centre is open from 10am-12.30pm and 2-4.30pm Tuesdays to Saturday, and 2-4.30pm on Sundays.
Admission is free and there is a small souvenir and coffee shop.
