A judge has allowed a multiple sclerosis (MS) sufferer to give evidence to a jury from her bed in a nursing home. The 53-year-old woman is alleged to have been indecently assaulted by an agency nurse. Proceedings at Lewes Crown Court, East Sussex, were relayed to her using a screen in her bedroom and a court usher was sent to help the woman swear an oath. Ronald Mason, 59, from Worthing, West Sussex, denies four counts of indecent assault. The trial continues.
