County defender Brian Irvine is
to be asked to help Dundee's Spanish star Javier Artero come to terms if
he is diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
Artero is awaiting the results of tests for this debilitating disease that has no cure, and the former Dundee skipper, now playing at Victoria Park, is one of very few players in the professional game who has overcome this terrible illness.
Irvine has been very open about his problems in the past, and as a born again Christian, would no doubt be open to speaking with Artero should he seek his counsel.
We understand the Spaniard plans
to return to Spain this afternoon after his release from hospital.
