Antares Management Solutions has signed an agreement with the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society to provide information systems support for the nonprofit organization.
Antares, a Medical Mutual of Ohio subsidiary, will conduct analysis, maintenance, installation and possible conversions for the desktops and local access network already in place at the Society's Cleveland and Akron offices. The agreement also calls for Antares to duplicate the Society's national systems structure and their standards for database management, Internet access and resource listings.
This value-added programming guarantees service for all MS Society installed equipment and information systems, including access to the Antares Help Desk. MS employees and volunteers will be able to call the help line for answers to technical questions or a service technician will be dispatched to the office if the problem is unable to be solved over the phone.
