The Rocky Mountain MS Center has another survey you can contribute to. They say:
A group of nurses who specialize in MS have collaborated to develop our next survey, which is designed to identify the techniques that are most helpful in managing these side effects. Your participation is critical whether or not you use any of these MS medications, and whether or not you experience an side effects.
