Avonex Betaseron Copaxone. ABC is a coincidental shorthand for three FDA approved immuno-modulating treatments that are effective in reducing the number and severity of relapses in Multiple Sclerosis. More recently, other immuno-modulatory treatments, such as Rebif and Tysabri, have also received FDA approval. In addition, an immuno-suppressant drug called Novantrone has been approved for use in treating MS.
