ABC

Avonex Betaseron Copaxone. ABC is a coincidental shorthand for three FDA approved immuno-modulating treatments that are effective in reducing the number and severity of relapses in Multiple Sclerosis. More recently, a forth immuno-modulatory treatment, Rebif, has also received FDA approval. A fifth drug, an immuno-suppressant drug called Novantrone, has also been approved for use in treating MS.
